Hagan and Jenkins team up with TSBC for Lunch and Learn

Mary Beth Hagan and Josh Jenkins will be presenting a free, one hour lunch and learn on July 17, 2017 on issues that frequently arise when forming and operating a small business.  The program is being hosted by the Murfreesboro location of the Tennessee Small Business Center, which is sponsored by Middle Tennessee State University.

Hagan listed as Tennessee Rule 31 Mediator

Mary Beth Hagan has completed the qualifications and training to be listed as a Rule 31 General Civil Mediator in the State of Tennessee. She completed 40 hours of training at the David Lipscomb University Institute for Conflict Management and the necessary requirements to be added to this list maintained by the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Mary Beth Hagan Elected to Alumni Council

Mary Beth Hagan has been elected to serve a three-year term on the Alumni Council at the University of Tennessee College of Law. The Alumni Council, established in 1973, is an advisory board to the Dean of the College of Law and serves to foster the development and advance the quality of the law school
