Mark D. Gushiken

Working alongside business owners, Mark advises Hagan Jenkins Law Group’s clients on a wide range of business-related disputes. He focuses on litigation involving construction, general commercial agreements, real estate, and business partnerships.

Raised in Oviedo, Florida, Mark earned his bachelor’s degree from UCF and graduated from Emory University with his Doctor of Law thereafter. During his time at Emory, Mark also earned a transactional law certificate, a certificate only granted to those who have completed extensive coursework on corporate and business matters.

Mark’s experience as an attorney includes representing publicly traded residential developers in construction disputes and small to mid-sized businesses through various transactions and commercial disputes.

Outside of the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, attending church, hiking, and fishing.
